About the Practice
Stability In Wellness, LLC is an independent physical therapy practice that is owned and operated by Hanna Shays, PT, DPT, Cert. DN. The company focuses on delivering highly skilled orthopedic treatments & recovery sessions at locations in Jupiter & Juno Beach. When requested, Dr. Shays will perform mobile visits.
Whether it is in your home, office or one of our partner locations, the goal is to maximize your outcomes and ability to heal naturally. Treatment is always unique to you and your needs because Dr. Shays understands that no two bodies are the same. Dr. Shays specializes in dry needling, cupping, myofascial release, gua sha and optimizing neuromuscular patterns. Her favorite conditions to treat include low back pain & shoulder pain.

We Come to You: When requested, we offer mobile recovery, dry needling & physical therapy services around Tequesta, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Juno Beach and North Palm Beach, and will serve you in the convenience of your home or office.

Flexible Scheduling: Patients also enjoy a more flexible schedule, with Dr. Shays able to accommodate early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.

No Unexpected Bills: When you schedule with us, you know exactly what you are paying for AND who will be handling your care before service has been rendered.

Dry Needling: Dr. Shays has experience using dry needling to successfully address a variety of conditions in her patients. Utilizing her sense of touch & intuition, she is able to modify learned protocols and blend them to each patient's needs.

Maintenance Visits: We offer weekly and monthly maintenance visits in order to ensure that you stay pain and injury-free.
